  • We recommend booking 6-12 months in advance to secure your date, especially for peak wedding season (May through October). However, we do accommodate shorter timelines when our schedule permits. The sooner you book, the better we can plan your perfect beauty experience.

  • Getting started is simple. Reach out through any of our service inquiry links. you will be directed to our booking site and can schedule a call. After picking a convenient time for a phone consultation, you will receive a text to fill out the external form. And that’s it. You will be contacted on your appointment time.

  • While trials are highly recommended and included in our Signature and Timeless collections, they are not mandatory. Trials allow us to perfect your look, test products for any sensitivities, and ensure you feel completely confident on your wedding day. If you choose to skip the trial, we'll work from your inspiration photos and have an extended consultation on your wedding morning.

  • Absolutely! We provide on-location services throughout Nashville and Middle Tennessee. Travel within 20 miles of Nashville is complimentary with our Signature Experience. For destinations beyond, we provide a custom quote based on location and logistics. We also travel for destination weddings - inquire for details.

  • With our team of skilled artists, we can accommodate large wedding parties efficiently. For parties of 6 or more, we provide additional artists to ensure everyone is ready on time. We've successfully managed wedding parties of 20+ people. During your consultation, we'll create a detailed timeline to ensure smooth service for everyone.

  • We understand plans can change. Your retainer is non-refundable but fully transferable to a new date within 12 months of your original date, based on our availability. We'll work with you to accommodate your new plans whenever possible. Communication is key - the sooner you let us know, the better we can assist.

FOR ELEGANT EVENINGS:

  • For major Nashville events like the Swan Ball, Ballet Ball, or Opera Gala, we recommend booking 3 to 6 weeks in advance. For other galas and celebrations, one to two weeks is typically sufficient. That said, we accommodate last-minute bookings when our schedule allows — if your event is days away, reach out directly and we'll do everything possible to make it work.

  • We come to you. All Elegant Evenings services are provided on-location at your home, hotel, or venue of choice. You focus on getting dressed — we handle everything else.

  • Absolutely. Group bookings for galas, charity events, anniversary celebrations, and corporate functions are available and encouraged. Reach out through the Elegant Evenings inquiry form and we'll create a timeline that works for everyone.

FOR SPOTLIGHT READY

  • Spotlight Ready is built for professional timelines. Standard bookings are accepted up to seven days out. Rush bookings within seven days are accommodated with a rush fee — because television appearances, last-minute red carpet invitations, and press opportunities don't wait. Reach out as soon as you know your date.

  • Yes. Total Beauty Pro regularly coordinates with publicists, talent managers, and production teams. Net 30 payment terms are available for production company bookings. All standard entertainment industry NDAs are accepted.

  • Elegant Evenings is designed for social events — galas, charity functions, milestone celebrations — where the goal is looking beautiful and polished in person and in photographs. Spotlight Ready is specifically engineered for professional media — television, red carpet press lines, press junkets, speaking engagements, and corporate on-camera work — where the technique, products, and approach are built around how beauty performs under studio lighting, HD cameras, and broadcast formats. If a camera crew is involved, Spotlight Ready is the right service.
